The purpose of our CE program is to provide quality education to pharmacists on a continuing basis that would enable them to maintain their proficiency in the pharmacy profession. This will be done by delivering critical information in a changing world and will encompass the following key elements:

  • Generate and disseminate new knowledge thru research about drugs and about pharmaceutical care systems.
  • Provide information about drug therapies for large populations of patients in managed-care settings. This is especially important for a profession which has been historically oriented to serving individual patients.
  • Provide techniques to maximize their performance and improve the quality of patient care.
  • Offer specific CE courses which will meet ACPE quality standards and keep pace with the pharmaceutical industry development cycles.
At the helm of this program is Mr. Rasik Bosmia, a registered pharmacist with over 40 years of professional experience. In his career, he has seen and experienced the changes in the pharmacy profession and has tried to maintain his proficiency by attending several CE programs over the years.

Twenty years ago, Mr. Bosmia started Pharm-Aid, Inc, a staffing company to provide pharmacists which has now grown into a nationwide staffing service that specializes in the placement of pharmacists with top corporations and offers 24-hour service for part-time, full-time, and permanent positions. His entry into the Pharmacy CE venture is a natural and synergistic extension of his staffing business.
